Yep, that’s right. If for any reason you need a new Lifekey® product, just let us know. We will exchange it, no questions asked. All we ask is that you purchased it directly from us and that you request a return authorization, so we can get the old one back.

Please include your full name, email address and original order number in your message to Lifekey. We’ll replace your Lifekey® product–for free–with the same size, and color that you originally ordered and get it to you as soon as possible. If the product you originally ordered is no longer in stock, we'll work with you to pick a comparable replacement.

 

 


Lifekey® Product Refund Policy

With your purchase of a Lifekey® device, you’re joining a movement of people dedicated to family connection and safety without the heaviness of cumbersome technology, batteries and screens. However, if your Lifekey® device is simply not for you at this point and you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us for a refund or exchange.

Additionally, we offer a “Anytime, One time” Warranty against manufacturing defects or simple usage accidents that may occur (see below). If you purchased a Lifekey® product from one of our retail partners, please exchange or refund your purchase with the store that you originally purchased your Lifekey® product from.

30 Day Refund Policy

If your Lifekey® device is not to your liking at this point and you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us for a refund or exchange. You may do this anytime within 30 days of the ship date (defined as: “shipping confirmation date” on a confirmation email sent to you).

  • Refunds apply only on products purchased directly from Lifekey. Don’t hesitate to contact us if you have any questions or concerns for faster and easier returns. When we receive your package, we will automatically refund the Credit Card that was used in the original purchase. Normally, this should take up to 10 business days, but be patient with us, sometimes it may take a little longer.

  • Exchanges can only be made for strap or fetch dog tag sizing only.
